We had a fantastic stay at Tortue Hamburg and were thoroughly impressed with the really good concept and well-trained staff. The hotel's DNA was evident in every aspect, from the stylish rooms to the delicious breakfast served à la carte. The new rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering fine views and a good atmosphere. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the hard beds and the lack of sugar-free drink options in the mini-bar, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the major tourist spots. The staff were professional and responsive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed with high-quality furniture and attention to detail. It had all the amenities we could ask for, including a well-stocked mini bar and a comfortable sitting area. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of delicious options served at our table. The hotel even arranged some special touches for my companion's birthday, which made our stay even more memorable. we were extremely satisfied with our experience here and would definitely return in the future.

We loved the central location of the hotel, right in the city center and very close to the S-Bahn station. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful decor and a great late night bar in the basement. The cleanliness of our room was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the fact that we could walk to most places, including the restaurants on the ground floor where we had breakfast.

Fantastic location in the heart of a shopping area, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Lovely interior design, warm atmosphere. Delicious breakfast with buffet and side dishes. Friendly and young staff. Excellent restaurants on-site. Comfortable rooms with touchscreen guest services. Quiet and peaceful environment. Wonderful soaps in the bathroom.
